Terms of Service

Welcome to GRIND. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GRIND application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by GRIND ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GRIND. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.
• You may not share your account with others or transfer it without our permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are used fraudulently.

3. Connected Platform Accounts (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

GRIND allows you to connect third-party accounts to automatically sync your content performance data.

• By connecting a third-party account, you authorize GRIND to access data made available through that platform's official API, solely to provide the Service to you.
• GRIND does not post, modify, or delete content on your connected accounts without your explicit action.
• Your use of connected platforms remains subject to that platform's own terms of service.
• You may disconnect a connected account at any time within the app.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and included features will be presented before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including unauthorized access attempts, reverse-engineering, automated scraping, uploading harmful or infringing content, or harassing other users. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to GRIND. GRIND does not claim ownership over your music, videos, or any content on your connected social media accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, branding, and underlying software, is owned by GRIND and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

GRIND is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy of data synced from third-party platforms, or any specific outcome, growth, or result from using the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRIND shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, with reasonable notice for material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
